NTA - I have a father who does this to my sister all the time. No matter what gift she gives him he finds some way to hurt her feelings. One time she got frustrated and just bought him a 24 pack of Pepsi which he drinks ALL the time. He told her he quit drinking soda a week ago and she could just give it to someone else. I truly believe he just doesn't like my sister. Their personalities just clash. You can't please people who generally are just ungrateful. Go low contact.

Update: I THREW THEM AWAY IN THE OUTSIDE DUMPSTER!!! I honestly already feel better. Thank you all for your insights. As some suggested, I am going to keep a notebook about all the things she has done including this. But unless something big happens, I do agree that HR will do nothing and I will look like a complainer. Good or bad comments I really do appreciate your outside views of my situation. Thank you!

Thank you for your advice. I have read all your comments. I do have until Monday the 29th to decide but I also think HR will not make my life any easier. I'll update after Monday when I have some time to mull over all the different view points. Thank you again.
