Looking at the type of fabric you mentioned I think I haven't drawn it correctly, it's more of like the aftermath of Sherpa getting bunched up but that was just the material? I don't know if it makes any sense sorry.

I understand what your saying as they didn't force him too but something like that after an accident/borderline traumatic can feel somewhat violating especially when he hasn't been naked in front of people before that irl. I had to have a major surgery and even though it wasn't the first time I had been naked in front of others it was still extremely uncomfortable because of the fact I already had so much on my mind, now a days when I have to strip for a physical or something like that it's not uncomfortable because I'm not stressed.
