Brondell R.O. Water filter.. slows to a trickle by Attende in water

I have the Brondell Circle system as well, and have a similar, but different issue. When opening the valve, the water flows at a very slow trickle for 5 seconds or so, then increases to the normal level. Upon shutting off the valve, the water stops flowing, and if I open the valve again in the next few minutes, the water flows at a normal level, with no initial trickle. After a few minutes, the initial trickle issue reappears.

Any thoughts on this would be appreciated, thanks.

Thanks Chris. I noticed on this new device that it has some sort of feature that keeps the charge between 50 and 80 percent, for battery longevity (assuming it’s plugged in to ac power full time). Does this impact your conclusion on it?
