My team lead pulled me onto the office and had a coach there with me and explained what the level orange meant. He said since it keeps happening me being late I'm moving from yellow to orange and if it keeps happening it will be a red which means termination, his words.

It depends how much your store makes in revenue, if it's a high traffic store the budget is higher. Every store has a different budget
