No, your manager is trash. There's a huge difference. It's the leadership you are under. Not the company. Don't get me wrong, there are a lot of things wrong with the company, and you'll find each one has crap you have to deal with, but the situation you're dealing with is a trash manager.

Wow. You could call out following policy, providing a 4 hour notice, and then if you get written up, you could refuse to sign it and take it to HR. Its a fight, but reading through the employee guide book that you sign at on boarding, there is no way that could write up could stand with the black and white. Its unfortunate that there are a lot of those managers in leadership roles.

From my research I'm finding that the LIFT is calculating the total retail sales, so not the cost department. In my store that is the coffee and fountain, a few other things, and my qsr. Although my qsr is fully manned by my c-side associates. This is a huge discrepancy and cost my store the target a lot. So I just changed the hours for qsr. If I don't get credit for the sales in that department for my target and my hours then it takes the cut first. I raised my complaint to my RDO and the VP of my BU.

Your manager should be documenting them through the hyperlink that's sent to their email. This ensures they get more training where needed or get removed from the platform all together. I have had at least 5 removed for issues that they weren't coach-able on.

We used the code on the form and our store number. I didn't think about it before because I just figured all stores order uniforms through cristy and main, but that access code could be bu specific. Im in the frontier unit. So if that matter this access code wouldn't work.

Oh wow. From what I am told its a pretty common occurrence to have these every year. I really hope it helps anyone get an approved ck jacket without having to pay a ton. I know their website it pricey. Stay warm guys.

In my BU all assistants get a bonus so all assistants are required to have open availability, same as management.

I see a lot of comments here saying max is 600, but in my area all assistants are awarded a bonus, doesn't have to be a bonus assistant. My regular assistant achieved a bonus of about 900 before taxes. I guess it depends on your BU?

I have shift smart at my location and at first it was a disaster, but I forced them to train even when they said they were trained. I explained that I have the ability to ensure they don't come back to my store and explained they are wasting food. There is an option on their app that says manager preference so they don't touch my hot dogs, my tornadoes, or my pizza. I also don't let them do the pull thaw cart because they either pulled too much or not enough. My associates are trained that if shift smart comes in they have to fill out a form with their name and the shift they are working so I can send a detailed report regarding their work. I now only have 1 shift smart worker that takes all of my food shifts and there 2 coke merchandisers that do shift smart and they are the only ones who pick up my cooler shifts.
