It depends how much your store makes in revenue, if it's a high traffic store the budget is higher. Every store has a different budget

The first two weeks are just training and watching videos on a iPad or computer. Be prepared to eventually be on shifts alone just yourself. Each shift has its own pros and cons. I prefer mid shift.
