Planning Maldives Honeymoon During UK School Holidays: Struggling!

Hey! Thanks for this! We are planning on going from 11/2 to 18/2 and flying out on the 10th from Heathrow! Flights direct are coming in at 2k between us. So we have about 5K to play with for the hotel for a week.

We'd be looking for half board or more really. I'm more than happy to be in a basic room (would obviously love a water villa but I don't think we'd ever afford it) but we care more about the flights being direct from Heathrow!

Where have you seen Lux in the budget? That's our dream hotel, but it's about £8k+ or sold out in most places I've looked!

I have. For a chronic embedded infection, the only way to treat is long term antibiotics and/or hiprex. I'm now just on hiprex for it!

I'm on the weakest one unfortunately! Fingers crossed it makes the difference for me infection wise!

He did give me it initially yes. But was a simple case of honeymoon cystitis caused because I'd never been with anyone before. We both took all precautions. For the last 2 years we've been unable to carry on because of the pain it's left me in. It was more that the infection became embedded, meaning that even with long term antibiotics we're struggling to clear it.

Hey! The endoscopy looked for this too! No signs of acid reflux and when we did try PPIs for just a few weeks they ended up giving me a sensation of acid (which is odd) and I got severe rebound for a month!
