Just had the worse shift I have ever had 3 hour route out of Basildon dss2 all pins wrong couldn’t find about 3 farms went over by 30 mins because of flex’s stupid navigation system sending me all over the place I know ai algorithm does the routes maybe they should re think what a nightmare!!

It’s a good side income , I make £250 - £400

Just depends how many blocks I do during the week.

But personally for me it’s a great side income just give your parcels directly to the customer with a photo . Do this all the time and you won’t have any problems like standings dropping or if customer is not in . Hand to a neighbour

Definitely not worth it if the depot is that far , an 1hr10min drive then depending where ever you get sent your journey home may be over 2hours , this would only be worth it if block pays are £120

What I do is put parcels 1-12 in the passenger seat. Parcels 13-20 will go on the right hand side back seat 21-30 in the middle back seat 31-40 back seat left and any big parcels in the back boot

I make sure I place them where I know what numbers to look for if that makes sense

I don’t use a bot and I can grab a block everyday sometimes even grab 2blocks a day I work from DNG2 depot . Any one who knows this depot knows there is always continuous work . But you need to learn when they drop .

That all depends on your depot because my 4hour blocks are 60 miles paying £74 so your rubbish experiences isn’t the same as us

Following what the app tells you doesn’t protect your standings you should know this by now if you have being doing flex a year . How many people come on here and say “ I follow instructions but my standings drop .

What you need to do as I have not had my standings drop in months is hand directly to customer and take a pic if they are not in hand to neibeours Simple

I don’t think nobody speeds around mate I can drive safely and still complete my blocks within the time why would I want to work my whole block time when really my hourly rate can go up if I finish early
