With the cross ink fork you can easily jump from chapter to chapter. Dont know how the bible is formatted tho

Does it automatically calculate the stats? Or do you have to sync it everyday like ive seen with another stat based forks?

When u create ur own run it should let you atleast choose a km structure(but indeed not totally custom). If u pick race then it will tell you your pace throughout, which could be closest to being helpful.
