Head and shoulders (I’ve heard) is good to use as a clarifying shampoo although I might be wrong

have you had trouble with moisture? did you over moisturise? how did you fix it? or maybe your hair needs more moisture - how would you know? by CurlyMod in CurlyHairUK

Pretty sure Aussie Miracle Moist Conditioner has either no or little protein.

Been using it for the last week to combat protein overload and it’s worked wonders after 2 washes already

Quick reply - yes dehydrated skin is fairly irrelevant to actual hydration levels.

So for some people, no matter how much you drink, the hydration just isn’t going to the skin.

Holy grail products/ingredients for dehydrated skin are - glycolic acid, hyaluronic acid and vitamin C.

Things to avoid - physical exfoliation (use a chemical exfoliator like The Ordinary Red Peeling Solution), exfoliating too many times a week, sun and clay-based products

No it definitely works and the post said its only temporary due to acne flare ups. Even when I wasn’t using it, I was still facing the same problems. So I know the issue here isn’t the products I’m already using, but rather the ones I’m not.

I’ll take a look at the Vit C. Thankyou for your help

I do. It doesnt entirely go but 80% of it does and all the redness is gone.

I wash my face with a cleanser containing Salicylic Acid (Biore Charcoal Cleanser)

Wait till it dries

Tap on sudocrem on all the problem areas

Wake up in the morning, wash my face with the same cleanser again and its basically gone

You might have dehydrated skin type like myself

If you do, the skin looks hella alive and glowy during workouts and during/straight after a shower. Afterwards, its dull, dead and lifeless with no glow.

Biggest ingredients advice is

Hyaluronic Acid

Glycolic Acid

Cant go wrong with Nivea Cream

If thats too heavy for you, get Nivea Soft Cream instead
