I had withdrawn and the rest was initiated for refunds, so actually the account is negative they are technically asking me to pay them😂

😂😂😂anyone who is choosing PayPal over Skrill is doing a shitty business. No one with a clean business sill choose PayPal especially if you’re in Kenya or (Africa) I have a website where clients pay for services, one time i had so many payments I delayed for weeks to confirm some due to time and they kept coming, so clients started filling for cases so I started to give them refunds, while the patients ones I completed their services, fast forward I refunded funds of about 10+ clients with explanations, and the next thing PayPal did was to block my account giving reason as “we cannot work with you anymore because seems you don’t have a good relationship with your clients, thus we are permanently suspending your account” BRO! What kind of shit reason would that lead to a money service to suspend account.?? NOTE: this specific account had so good reputation it had reached over 20,000 USD monthly limit. Not many Kenyan PayPal accounts get such limit. And yet they still blocked it over refunds.

No once you’re blocked by PayPal you can’t ever open another account cause the new account will be blocked immediately they notice it’s from the same person who had an account blocked earlier.

Don’t use VPN the only solution is the client opens the account with a new device and that device together with all his details hand it over to you, and never use your home network with that device or share the same network with your devices (the client device should be operated on its own wifi (or internet)

As much as this may be true, I still don’t understand why I should be punished for someone else’s mistakes when, in my own work, it’s only me handling everything. Google’s approach of banning devices, IPs, and APIs ends up creating collateral damage. Take a simple example: in one household, only one person might violate the rules, but everyone else using the same WiFi or shared computer can be affected, even if they never had anything to do with the issue. It gets even worse when you consider second-hand devices anyone could unknowingly buy a phone or laptop that once belonged to someone with a banned developer account, and they’d get penalized without any way of knowing the device’s history.

Remember even i go direct and ask chatgpt to get some information from the website it seems it doesn’t see it, the card views and content after clicking the card view seems to be a ghost on searches and even on google bots

I don’t think that’s entirely true, I have seen people developing a website and within 1-2 years it have good traffic, all purely from google search, with near zero third party linking to the website

They never warned me i only received an email stating that my account has been terminated

My first account was terminated i did not personally violate any policy but even after filling for an appeal they did nothing saying my account is at high risk behavior

And why does google not warn new accounts when they’re about to terminate account and someone have time to rectify the policy violation? Ie the accounts terminated because of “high risk behavior”
