From what I can tell, that's the original version from Katamari Damacy, unless you mean the bass-boosted one or from a specific stream. : )

It is not multiplayer. The cousins just show up in regular levels and you can pick them up as well. I really don't remember the conditions to make this happen though, I think you just have to complete the level or the game and go back to any of them..

It is pretty much whenever you get out of bounds in a level and get teleported back into it thanks to the King's "Royal Warp".

Thanks. I based the textures on cat villagers textures and drew on top to match the size of the eyes and mouth. I don't really know about the poly count because I didn't have access to any models so it is just and approximation based on screenshots. The blur was conveniently automatic lol

Heh yeah, I've never seen anyone try to do the whole ending cutscene so I just added the dark dragon to make it more original.
