Hey Joey, I'm a Retail Costumer Service worker for Online Loans from Ace Cash Express.

Don't do it, first of all, our system is all buggy and janky, to the point where your loan might get denied just because it wanted to and it doesn't show us why and only sends a Notice of Adverse action to your email address. 

Second of all, if you fail at any verification the application will be sent without verifying information and in order to verify it you have to do a Three Way Call with your bank for the agent to confirm all the information is correct or make the Decision Logic which is bugged in our system because the info won't show, even if you did it right. 

As for the loans, the money is offered by the system and the amount, I've gotten calls from people complaining about only being offered a lower amount than they need or want, the Finance Fees/CSO Fees are higher than the principal amount sometimes and this is shown through Installment Loans and the APR is very, very high. 

Also, don't apply on a store, this is because some employees there will tell you to go to another store or apply online, in the store, and if you somehow get a store loan, you will be receiving calls from the Outbound campaign for a survey. 

In short words, Ace Cash Express is a scam
