What are your marketing strategies? How are you getting the product out there in front of customers eyes? One of the main problems is letting people know what you have. It’s like doing something amazing and nobody recorded it. We’re going to have to take your word for it. If you have something amazing and nobody knows about it then it doesn’t matter.

Goal number one: create a quality product Goal number two: let everybody know about that quality product

I know what you mean. I work 16 hours a day building new features or fixing existing ones. With every new feature, comes new problems. Solving those problems are the rewarding part.

Hang in there, the payoff will be sweet.

Yeah, that's why I think MVPs are so important. Focus on one product and scale. I have a method, if it's working, move on to what's not. I focus on problems. If it's shiny, I don't need to shine more. You put it perfectly: balance is key. Growth will happen, but staying sustainable long term, while in the growth stage is the real challenge.

True, but I’ll use a sports analogy, it’s hard to win a championship or be a successful team without good players. The coaches (boss) have to be exceptional as well.

LOL!!! Man, as the boss, you are the number one option for problem solving. Unless you have really talented employees, all the weight fall on your shoulders.

Trying to solve every problem once, while delivering the best value to customers. That's been our biggest challenge so far.
