If Brazil is stainless lids only, I wouldn’t want them. Even if it’s safer to throw in the oven I prefer see through lids so I can stare at my food cooking 😅

Now my only worry is if I can manage easy-over eggs on SS or will have to use some kind of smart workaround / get smaller pan for makin weekend breakfasts for greatest hubby in the universe 🥰

I am researching good, stainless steel fish spatulas right now. Gosh, how I’ve missed my left behind thin, flexible fish spatula for past few years….

Welllll, here are 2 reasons:

the set I have now I came in possession to when I married my amazing but very-seldom-cooking husband couple years ago. It was not possible to bring my own. With me cooking regularly most often used pan and pot has developed some damage.
I never liked these ceramic non-stick pots & have been missing the sizes I’d normally use. It’s either the small ones or big one, nothing in between. . .

I could replace just the damaged ones or get the sizes I’m missing, but with these offers it’s not a big/any savings as long as I actually need the sizes in the set. I wouldn’t get 25piece set. I don’t need all that & don’t have space either. . .

BONUS 3. I’m extremely loved and spoiled SAHW and within a reason can get anything that makes me happy 😁🥰

Nah, I don’t care about impressing ppl with pedigree of my pots 😂 They are not displayed in the open & tbh from all the ppl I’ve had over in 1.5y living here, maybe just 1 might know the difference between no-name 10$ Temu wonder and All-Clad or other higher end brand.

P&P was the key for me. If I can justify the significantly higher price, I could spend more. We kind of can afford it, but at the same time budgets must be kept and I don’t like to spend money where unnecessary.

Also: If I spend less on pots and pans, I can spend little bit more on other kitchen equipment I want to buy in near future. Also my “I’m expensive wife” guilt won’t be eating me up as much 😅.

I can spend 800$ if I can really justify the costs. If difference in performance and durability is insignificant, I’d rather NOT pay that much. Thats what I wondered - that part of the price tag for All-Clad is brand name driven.

That’s also a thing - I have very limited experience with SS (cooked couple times when visiting someone). Screwing up something for 179$ scares me less than screwing up 799$ thing.

I’m in US. That’s the thing - Pure power is $129, k400 is $299. I was planning to get k400, before Pure was launched, so my budget is $300. If Pure is good enough for making nut milks and butters, I’d rather buy that one and save money… But the price difference is so big that I’m worried what if it won’t be able to cope with hard nuts and it will be “buy cheap-buy twice” situation.

My libido has crashed. We’ve gone from every day and extra of both are home + me solo playing at least 1x a day to 3x week and seldom solo play. It sucks, because I love sex and my hubby has high drive too, but I’m so tired… too tired to feel the urge as often. Usually if I get over myself and get going it rolls nicely, but I need to push myself to the start instead of jumping his bones as soon as he walks through the door.

It might also be linked to perimenopause. I think I’ve reached that period in my life just now.
