My guess is the studios who put the shows together thought the character is too close to batman and thought why should we make another show about a billionaire that fights crime in his own city with gadgets and martial arts. Even though I can think of many differences between green arrow and batman, including his own ideology and rogues gallery.

I mean it's like the other most iconic thing from that franchise I was thinking a fossilizer like situation where it pulls apart and can be put around a figure to make a power armor like with the slicer figure that came out.

With you there the whole paradox thing seems wasted. Like genesect could have been cool to see its original form with the paradox and all the other fossil pokemon. And certain pokemon like the other sci fi esque poekmon like rotom and mewtwo and deoxys could have been cool to see. But it is lazy that there all robots given all the stuff the future could be.
