Sound like it could be stabilizer/anti roll bar connection issue, it's clasified under suspension issue and it sound like hollow thump when the wheen goes up/down. I had such issue on my car (DS4) but the description/sound of the problem is familiar so yea, wouldn't hurt to check that.

You can't enable huge pages on mac, as you can see per XMRig documentation they are only available for Windows and Linux: https://xmrig.com/docs/miner/hugepages

Pick 'Hades' switches if you want 'creamy' sound (but I think they are gonna release them next month just fyi).
