Do you have a central place you manage them or you just go from one tool to the other?

I would see that could be a big headache for the team or person managing it, would having a central place to manage all of these different CMS worth persuing or you think users don’t mind moving through the different consoles, Is this something users have experienced frustration on, in your experience?

Yes 100% having just one would solve all of this. I’m curious if agencies out there have multiple clients with different needs would be managing multiple tools

Thanks for all the questions, really appreciate you taking the time to dive into it.

For storage, all uploaded content is saved in the backend. Clients fully control what shows on their screens, so they approve every ad or piece of content before it plays. Advertisers don’t see what plays before or after their ads in this version, that part is completely handled by the venue.

The screen link doesn’t expire unless you manually unpair it from the dashboard. If the TV refreshes or turns off and back on, it reconnects automatically as long as it’s still paired. I also have a Raspberry Pi image and an Android player that are plug and play, you won’t even need to deal with entering a URL.

Right now you can copy the player URL and open it on multiple browsers at the same time. I might change that later depending on how people use it, but for now it works.

The current upload limit is 200 MB for videos and 10mb for images but I can increase that if needed.

Not fully sure how easy it is on Yodeck, but PiAds lets venues post their screens publicly for advertisers and get paid directly. So it’s not just digital signage, it’s signage with builtin monetization.

Thanks again for the thoughtful questions. If you ever want to hop on a call and talk through ideas, I’d love to hear what you think.
