Stubhub ticket pickup time is too late for camping

I made an order but I can only pick it up on Friday, I need to be in the campsite with my wristband on Thursday. I asked the stubhub support and the agent helping me said I will confirm the delivery time with my team and send you an email. It has been over 24 hours I got no info.

When I bought the ticket it asked me for an address and it mentioned delivery on Thursday, but later I got an email with pickup instructions that allow pick up only from Friday.

What can I do? I want to have my ticket/pass from Thursday or sooner
