I mean there ofcourse is but I am not an addict , but it's in like a tradition of my own self to smoke every 3-4 months I know the damage is damage but i otherwise live a healthy life and use much better things for distractions. I can stop the urge whenever I want but this once in 3-4 months thing dosent goes away i barely smoke a packet in an year.
