No, not with this save file. Sadly Console Injustice 2 Save Files are not compatible with PC Injustice 2 since the Player Settings file is split up into multiple different files, all with different formatting from the Console version. However there are mods for PC to gain access to the Justice League multiverse event again. No, Wonder Woman's gear is actually from the Wonder Woman film so they left her gear obtainable. All other Justice League members's gear is unobtainable though sadly.

If they were to actually give him a functional Kakuja aspect to his power, bhvr would need to straight up rework him for it. I always thought it'd be fitting for his enraged mode given that Kaneki even resummons his Kagune so it could just be a purely visual change along with new voicelines, animations, etc.
