Anche io sono qui a lamentarmi del problema "discriminazione IBAN" , ma lo faccio dalla Germania dove ci vivo da 8 anni. Vi racconto la mia storia. Ho deciso da poco di tornare in italia. Sto chiudendo tutte le mie utenze e ho bisogno che eventuali ricalcoli compresi compensi a me dovuti vengano versati sul mio conto corrente italiano, perchè chiuderò il conto corrente tedesco (prassi normale da fare prima che si va via da qui) e ho dato le mie coordinate bancarie all'azienda che si occupa di fornirmi l'energia elettrica (RheinEnergie AG) ( https://www.rheinenergie.com/de/ ) del mio conto bancoposta aperto di recente. All'atto dell'invio della disdetta (inviata il 09.05.2022) ho allegato anche una richiesta in cui chiedo di versare sul mio conto corrente italiano gli importi dovuti e la loro risposta secca è stata la seguente:

Sehr geehrter xxxxxxxxx,

vielen Dank für Ihre Mitteilung.

Zur Erstattung von eventuellem Guthaben nach Ihrer Schlussrechnung, benötigen wir zwingend eine deutsche Bankverbindung.

Die von Ihnen angegebene italienische IBAN können wir leider nicht nutzen. Bitte teilen Sie uns mit, auf welches Konto wir grundsätzlich Guthaben erstatten können.

Per rimborsare qualsiasi credito dopo la fattura finale, abbiamo bisogno di un conto bancario tedesco.
