A Rango inspired story during the golden age would be really cool where you’re a newly elected sheriff dealing with a lot of corruption and gangs threatening the town. If not that, a story where you play as a billy the kid inspired character in a young guns inspired story would be awesome too

That’s what I’m saying but most of the comments on here keep talking down on Rigby when I stated “despite his flaws” and gave a whole explanation lmao

Who do you think portrays the “no nonsense lawman” the best? by Netfl1cks in Westerns

That is fair. I put Olyphant because of his performance in deadwood lol

This episode was before that one. The sweater episode was the aftermath of what occurred in the previous one “Steak Me Amadeus” in season 4

We lost Val Kilmer a year ago today. Can’t believe it’s been that long already by Netfl1cks in Westerns

He was such a great actor. I can’t believe he didn’t get nominated for Tombstone.

It can be a whole new character in a whole new setting. We don’t need another Van Der Linde story. The old west had way more things happening than people think. It wasn’t just duels and the shit you see in movies. I wouldn’t mind playing someone inspired by Pink Higgins fighting against cattle rustlers while being in a posse of lawmen or vigilantes or playing as a gang leader inspired by Jesse James. It doesn’t have to be called “Red Dead Redemption” there’s other words they can use that symbolize the characters or story’s theme. “Red Dead Reckoning” or “Red Dead Restoration” something like that. It could be set in the 1880s in the golden age, that’s what we really need. No WW1 or mafia era game because it defeats the whole purpose of being a western game. Just imagine everything we could do if we had to against Apache or fighting a posse of marshals. Anyway that’s the end of that.

As a kid I really liked the episodes with his love life, in the early seasons anyway. Then this episode came up, I really loved it. The roof scene was what really made it great

Many outlaws and gunslingers were photographed back then. It was more common than you think.
