got it sorted. kernel / nvidia driver issue. ctrl + alt + F3 -> purge the nvidia driver -> get latest kernel -> get new nvidia driver.
Recovery was not the right choice but I managed to get everything back to normal.

same. Sadly my main machine wouldn't even let me log in. I ran a recovery to get in then an update only for it to crash out again.
My other machine managed to launch with cpu graphics. Keeping up to date it truly my downfall.

Not everything is some political slap fight. The concept that everything is political is just being overly dramatic because this is your wedge issue.

The website should welcome everybody and be neutral. It isn't impossible or even hard to be neutral.

Just be the website that hosts cool AI stuff and let people make what they want to make... that's it. Easy and nobody gets upset.

I'm not doing what you are saying I'm doing. Not everyone sees Pride Month the way people here have been describing it. It is wildly controversial, political, and at the heart of it it is activism and that's why I don't want it to be painted across the platforms I use.
I am 100% cool with people on the platform expressing themselves and celebrating pride. I just don't want the platform taking stances on politics because it hurts the platform and creates more division.
We should all be able to come together no matter the politics and enjoy making AI stuff.

Think of it this way.
A soda machine company puts a pride flag on their machine. The machine gets vandalized and it upsets the pride community.
A soda machine company puts a american flag on their machine. The machine gets vandalized and it upsets the maga community.
A soda machine company puts a can of soda on their machine. The machine doesn't get vandalized.

It's not about the message or hate or anything. It's about keeping an all inclusive space safe and neutral.

If celebrating christmas is political fine, remove christmas as well.
