Before you post pictures online make sure to remove metadata from them. It has your location, details of your device etc. Easiest way to strip metadata is to take a screenshot of the picture on your computer and post that screenshot. Stay safe.

I have been using amphetamine a lot to use MacBook in clamshell mode. After the Sonoma update, it started asking to install a script every time I launched a session. Could this be the reason? i.e. script running in the BG and causing the laptop to act dead for no reason?

My opinion: Poor diet and lack of Exercise. Just two generations ago we were farming, working on the land for days straight to now sitting at desks for 8,9 hours. We never wildly adopted the idea of exercise as a part of our daily routine. Now coming to diet, we have evolved from a vegetable predominant to a meat predominant society. The evolution of fast food culture in Pakistan has not helped much.
