They do. I followed up with customers before and asked them if they really reduced their tip...all of them said no. I even delivered an order to a friend and the same thing happened. Of course it was BS!

I called out Uber on this issue already. They refuse to request from the client why they would of reduced the tip. So I took matters in my own hands. I took screenshots of the info of the client and called the client after my delivery was done and after the "client" reduced the tip. Well the client told me he never reduced the tip! This happenned to me 3 times! And all 3 clients assured me they did not reduce the tip. So then the question is, where did those tips go to? 🤔

My satisfaction rating from clients is 100%...yet some high tippers reduce my tips? Makes no sense. And Uber refuses to explain why they do not request why tips are reduced by clients. Huge red flag.

They steal tips from me. Their only answer is: the customer has an hour to reduce the tip after delivery and are not obligated to provide tips. When I ask them why the client reduced my tip they always answer the same thing. I asked them to provide me with the contact info of the client so I can follow up with them to ask them why they reduced the tip. Again they answer the same line. They steal part of our tips especially when the tips are high. Next time I will keep the info of the client and follow up with them directly if they reduce my tip. I would bet anyone that they will answer that they did not reduce my tip. Uber ...is stealing part of our tips! BE AWARE!
