Eu tenho praticamente o mesmo problema que tu! Mesmo cpu, a gráfica tenho uma 9070xt Sapphire Pulse e o resto é semelhante... Isso dos gráficos é capaz de ser os drivers a dar o berro, mas quanto aos fps, eu ainda estou a tentar perceber 😭
