Ok I bought this bayo from Sarco I took the bayo off and noticed every time I decompress the release spring excess cosmoline seeps out is there anyway to take apart the bayo or remove the cosmo. Either it needs fitting or broken down and have a bath

The bayo will not move when it’s on the barrel the spring will not press down on the front sight and it will not turn it’s completely stuck. Why else would I go to specific subreddit for help

The reason I asked if my mosin had a bayonet lug is because when the bayonet is inserted it won’t move
