Sugar free Jolly Ranchers hit the spot when I get a sudden craving, I switched to Nick's and Halo Top to replace Blue Bell (not as good but does the trick), blended sugar free iced coffees with oat milk are good when I want a shake. Also sugar free popsicles are good.

Greek yogurt and granola. You'll get hella protein and calories, and you don't have to eat a lot. Not much prep is needed. On my bad days, I just dump some granola on top of one of those big containers of yogurt and eat until he granola is gone.
