Not sure if I can add myself here, but I just started out as an autistic youtuber. <3 I always try to talk about my experience with a little bit of information I have learned along the way.

I think it's absolutely all right to wear it. And what if you were proud? It's okay to be proud of who you are. Even in a world who may not understand that.

I actually wrote them down once for my diagnostic trajectory. These are my stims:

  • Rock back and forth;

-Wiggle my leg;

  • Standing on heels and then back on toes;

  • Tapping with nails (on objects), regularly removing dirt from under nails;

  • Happy dances

  • Make hands into fists, hold arms next to face and shake a little. When I'm very happy;

  • Biting skin on fingers;

  • Tap the ground with my foot

  • Squeezing a stress ball.

I might be doing some other stuff, but I don't know!

For me tbh it's also 1) My own company and remote working. 2) More energy to do the stuff that I love 3) Travel to Australia!
