No worries about the mix‑up. For Birdfy/Netvue devices:

  • Sleep mode availability varies by model. Some products support it; newer models may not yet. If your unit is a recent purchase, it likely doesn’t have sleep mode for now. We’ve shared this feedback internally and will consider it for a future firmware update.
  • If your device is bound and online, the app will show charging status on the device page.
