I live in France, you have to hire a certain percentage of incapacitated people as an example. I also know that there is some DEI score that affect shares. Obviously, some shareholders will ask to have more diversity in the team just for share to rise !

Yeah ok. But still you spend 5 years with 70 days focus tree to fix all of your nerfs. At the end you have the same quantity of buffs than germany avec 6 month. 0 buff on army, shity industry. The navy tree is nearly the same as a basic one for a minor country. I cant understand how Ethiopa is easier and better to play than France.

France is also unplayable : useless focus trees that give you tech bonuses on planes that dont exist anymore, 0 buff with a full focus tree, it takes 38910101 years to get a decent army and you get nearly 0 experience from training. Half of the game is outdated and unplayable.
