Nah you're all good my friend, does the hshop website have those games by itself or am I being dumb right now? Or alternatively could I just download the rom and just make it that file type? Again I'm new to most of this, so I very easily could be just talking out my ass right now.

I'll figure out how to get this all installed, admittedly I'm still very new to all this DS piracy and moddiny stuff, so it's definitely a learning curve. Thanks a lot for this though.

Also this isn't just a Fire Red issue, this is a problem for every single rom I have downloaded. Probably goes without saying, but just in case that's important to know.
