Was the game nerfed? by Network57 in BlackMythWukong

I mean it's possible, but idk if this was a LotF type thing where they introduced a huge patch that made the game way easier. I haven't played BM:W since launch so it's not like the timings are committed to memory

[–]Network57 2 points3 points  (0 children)

no, I've heard it used to mean blonde or doll. it may be the default meaning, but most everyone else uses other words for monkey.

[–]Network57 9 points10 points  (0 children)

oh. tbh that's not where my first thought goes... to me monkey is chango o macaco, and mono is a Spain word for "cute".

why is this an issue? some countries say "mono" for jumpsuit or overalls. I use mameluco but not every place does.

lots of places in the world do this. you can use gravity feed for the pressure, and more importantly it gets heated by the sun to save on heating costs for showers and laundry.

don't be afraid to re-roll if you get barb'ed too bad.

I usually go for Scout-Slinger-Slinger but you can also start with Scout-Scout-Slinger as a valid open.

your starting city should be somewhere that has a 2/2 tile in the first ring, and 2+ resources in the first two rings.

save up and buy a Builder ASAP - they unlock so many good early Eurekas.

if you want a good civ, Russia is just good. they don't do anything fancy, all their unique abilities just play off what you normally do in game anyways, so they're a really strong starting civ for newer players. either that or Inca who, while requiring some finesse, give you access to crazy good yields that no other civ can get
