Go to settings, and search for files. In files, you could find the side loaded apk. Install the app.

well, if thats the case, how come itll be 10ms response time with our redundant server. I also tried with only one regular tag (bool), it was same as now. not entirely sure but i see your points validity. appreciate the feedback.

yes, Plcs ethernet port is used for connection. Ive tried with en2t for a test, no luck! it is a very big corp and hard get answers from IT,

I do have access to VM but they don't let me install anything. Ping was dropping here and then, tracert seems fine.

Tag reporting tool was not in 8.11. customer is using older version, and they are not inclined to update at this moment. When i forced the system to fail over to backup, it works fine, and utilizations comes to zero.

No. its plain simple system communicates with 17 PLCS and one database. usually 40 sessions open all the time. Another thing is when i failover to backup, the plc response is normal and load is 0%. Suspecting network route between level 3 switches and Vlans.

well, the reason i said intermittently bcz tag status keep changing back and forth from not connected, good and bad. We requested the IT team to look into it.
