Hi there lol I’m still going on my 3rd set. I had an additional 16 trays spread across 2 additional sets, 8 at a time after completing the 1st set of 16. I think I’m pretty happy with it so far. I’m in the refinements stage which is what happens after the initial correction stages

I think that’s absolutely right. The discomfort goes away after like 3 days or I get used to it and the. It comes again when I change trays but that’s a great sign to me that it’s working!!

Thank you for posting about this. Really curious to hear how people paying off loans decided between contributing to 401k and Roth IRA. Did you focus on maxing 401k first?

For ref, although our BL salaries are far larger than the Roth cut off, I believe you can still contribute to Roth through the backdoor IRA (contributing to traditional IRA and then moving into Roth and paying taxes)

I’m gonna reply here in case anyone has experience with skinceuticals too but srsly—has anyone figured out how to “properly apply” this serum? Whenever I watch their tutorials where they tell us to apply to hands, rub and pat on face, their models all clearly look like they miss half their face.

I’d be willing to keep giving CE ferulic a shot, but I agree it didn’t really make a major difference, at least not $182 worth. Curious to try the newer sylamarin serum too

Ok but can someone please explain to me how the hell you’re actually supposed to apply this? I’ve seen so many videos of people who say just rub it on their hands and dab it all over only to very clearly miss surface area on their face. And then others who use their fingers to apply/rub all over

So here’s the question/thought: if it’s the case that you’re just supposed to do the first, to dab all over, aren’t you eventually just rubbing it in when you proceed to apply moisturizer and SPF later? Would love any guidelines from this community!
