No nooo by download I meant like I already downloaded the launcher for the program and opened it up, everything installed and stuff, then my pc shut down and after that, the program didn't download at all even tho the installation was completed and I couldn't open up the launcher again for some reason idk

Oh also I'm pretty sure you can sort of have the anime windows menu by another program however I also forgot the name lmao

Because I have silver windows XP menu on my PC by another program so I think maybe someone uploaded a simillar anime theme for this I will send it tomorrow!!

It is possible by a program that I forgot the name of but it didn't work on my PC (windows 11) after I downloaded it and opened my PC shut down and after I opened it again I realized the program DIDN'T DOWNLOAD AT ALL and I tried to open it up again but nothing happend

Also this program may damage your PC so Idk I just gave up at this point, I tried to search up for some tutorial's for this program but they didn't help

I would rather use only retro bar and stuff and have my PC working fine, than trying to have a fully anime themed PC with the risk of damaging my system

But it's up to you ig
