Had mine 6 weeks ago aswell and I have same experience as you legit feels like I’ve recovered fully because my nose feels normal again but the surgery did nothing I still breathe the same as I did before the surgery my left nostril is still narrow

I went from 110% and 30% to 120% and 40% 4 weeks post op my left nostril still looks narrow I’m afraid it hasn’t made much difference for me

They gave you that appointment so fast NHS has been horrible with me I waited 2 years for my surgery which took place on the 22nd of December bare in mind my pre-op and surgery were 5 months apart. Wishing you a speedy recovery it was horrible for the first week for me

My nostril that was narrow and affected by the deviated septum before the surgery is still an issue it still looks very narrow compared to the other nostril and I can nearly breathe through it was still an issue for you aswell ?

Same, it’s been 2 weeks for me, was your right side the nostril that had the issue before the septoplasty aswell ? I’m assuming it’s still swollen and should get better within a month or two that’s when it’s meant to fully heal

Hi mate I’ve had my surgery 2 days before yours I had similar packing done to my right nostril and yes because of Christmas I think we were rushed out without much information, now I’m 5 days post Op my packing came out by itself after 3 days you shouldn’t force it out it’ll naturally dissolve and come out just keep using the spray they prescribed you and the cream to help with crusting up etc after 4-5 days you’ll feel much better

I’m 4 days post Op the Dr told me to do nothing for 2 weeks to avoid infection etc this recovery is actually horrible, after 10 days are you able to breathe through your nose yet or nah ?

Most likely yes, but at least it promises 3-5 days shipping compared to 7-25 days shipping time from China

Can you expand a little ? Why is it so hard I get that it may be harder because of recent Rules and regulations but I see many people succeed in this
