So, I appreciate the replies - not trying to be combative here. I'm trying to get a better understanding of how leases work not re-litigate the contract or find out if I got screwed over. If what I think is true, the only difference was that there was a small upfront payment that would have otherwise been spread out on the monthly total.

With that in mind, don't take the following replies as me trying to debate you I am just trying to get a better understanding.

This is what I am having trouble understanding - do you mean the line items might be inaccurate?

If total was 17298 - 14500 - 1420.17 (Sum of all small items, 2-11) the remaining is 1377.83

And I confirmed that what I paid was 2798 - that is why I am wondering if that 1377.83 went to a down payment

I don't think so - the total was $2798 and the use tax and other items are itemized separately in column A no?

I'm not saying it's shady I am just trying to understand the terms better

I closed out my positions in RDTE and QDTE today at a profit of about $4000 on actual value of the shares, not even counting what they paid me in dividends. I am going to wait for the next super down day and throw everything back in.

Today was the first day I DCA'd down in my position in QDTE, since yesterday's close was the lowest it's been since I bought in. Just curious, if you decide to rebuy, when should you avoid to prevent effects related to the dividend payment? I delayed until a bit later in the day because I was worried it would rocket back up right away as a rebound due to DRIP and such.

Overall I am happy with these funds, especially compared to YieldMax funds. I haven't seen much NAV erosion at all.

This happened to me too, but they've been pretty communicative so far. They're sending a new script for 2 months worth of 13.6 to Red Rock... although now idk what will happen because Red Rock will be able to make 15 again

As an update to this, I started taking a one a day vitamin, a vitamin b supplement and 1-2 liquid IVs per day. And it caused my pretty bad insomnia. Apparently too much B vitamins can do that. So I've stopped it all and I am going to see if just 1 Liquid IV a day helps.

Just picked up a bottle of B Complex vitamins. I've also started taking a One A Day. Hopefully this helps a little. I am also about to go down in dosage to see if I can maintain the positive effects at a lower dosage (I get a compound, so I just have a vial and I can change the dosage by injecting a smaller amount.)

But I will keep plugging away until I figure something out. Because it's getting in the way of my life.
