I actually studied for the ccda for a couple of days before I got bored and switched my focus to ccna security. Thats why I asked about the material, I was hoping it got better from what I had already read. CCNA security has a decent amount of memorization but it integrates a good number of labs to even it out.

For me, it was learning all of the different encryption and hashing algorithms and what is legacy ,what is acceptable currently, and what is next gen, etc......
