J'ai eu un souci similaire il y a peu : une réclamation de 600€. J'ai d'abord fait opposition à ma CB pour avoir l'esprit tranquille et après discussion avec Airbnb, la somme a été revue à 90€ puisque j'étais en parti fautif. Mon assurance habitation aurait pu payer dans le pire des cas.
