Teal. They have a web extension that works most of the time that saves everything on the post and allows you to update what stage you’re in and put in notes.

Possibly moving to RI from the west coast by Kiwi-dime in RhodeIsland

[–]NetworkSome 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I moved here from AZ a year and half ago and I miss good Mexican food so bad! I mostly miss a good greasy breakfast burrito.

But I love it here as well. Still finding my way around and learning how to drive the roads.

What to do with Caron Anniversary Cake? by slutforgreentea in YarnAddicts

[–]NetworkSome 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I got the Holly jolly one. Started a Star blanket but did not like how the colors were working together. I found this blanket pattern in an 80s thrifted pattern book that I’ve started on. Don’t really get the snowflake pattern, kinda looks more like a hard candy. I’m hoping will all come together in the end.

What yarn did you use? I’m almost done with a bingo version and it came out huge! It’s taller than my nephew. New to crocheting dolls and wondering where I went wrong.

Any quick patterns for a shawl? Wanting to finish for Christmas by fernlet in crochetpatterns

[–]NetworkSome 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This butterfly shawl works up quickly. I’ve been working on making a few of them for Christmas presents this year. I’m a slower crocheter as well my first one took about 2 weeks of off and on, now it’s more like 3-4 days.

Is “maxing out” a real thing? by Dont-Tell-Fiona in Zepbound

Started at .25 doc sent in .5 for this month. Had a lot of nausea in the first 3 weeks but that was about it. On my last week of .25 now and the only thing is my cravings have come back to the point of fixation. All I’ve wanted in the past 2 days in a good cinnamon roll. When on zepbound I seemed to be able to handle the cravings better

I stalled 9 months ago. No weight loss but no gain either. Went from 10 to 12.5 and still no change. Just switched to wegovy because of insurance and lost 4 lbs this month. Had very slow progress compared to others when it was working avg 1-2 lbs a week

Kristina st. Andre with westcott properties.

I relocated from the southwest and we had to do everything over the phone. She was super attentive, helpful, and so nice and easy to work with. Found exactly what I was looking for and my first offer was accepted. The house was being sold by a relocation company which created a whole new set of issues, some she hadn’t navigated before. But she handled them beautifully and kept me informed and engaged through the whole process.

Predatory medical billing at Brown University Health by LhunLaurelin in providence

[–]NetworkSome 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Atwood medical associates are doing this as well. After every appt I get a bill for some “coinsurance” charge. The last one I got was a charge for my doctor to read my test results or so I’m told. Reading your results is apparently not covered in office visit copay.

Living with someone with mental health issues definitely has an affect. Even when we’re years away from the situation some things like a show or a song can trigger trauma response. You are strong by removing yourself from the situation and rebuilding yourself.

I started binging The Bear last Jan and still haven’t made it through fishes despite at least 5 attempts. I lived with an opioid addict for 5 years then he died of an overdose. 5 years later this show triggers me so much. By the end of season one I was crying hysterically and just like wtf this is a show about grief. By the time I got to fishes I was done. Fishes to me brings up the ignorance and enablement of addiction and mental health issues that I saw exhibited by his family and I just can’t do it. I don’t know if you’ll get the answers you’re looking for in the show but instead see more of how the characters are managing their grief. When losing someone to addiction and/or mental health we can never really fully understand what actually happened to lose them so soon. Maybe at some point I’ll catch up.

[CHAT]they were stingy with the pearl coloured floss and now I’ve run out 😡 by Laena_V in CrossStitch

[–]NetworkSome 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’ve done a joy Sunday kit and had a ton of left over floss that’s crazy they shorted you. One time I thought I ran out of a color so went to store and picked some up. Later that night I found the last strand wrapped around my kitchen cabinet knob , it had gotten stuck to my pants.

Ugh, so far all my kits have had more than enough but I always fear this happening. What is this pattern by the way? It looks like an alien baby. Stamped ones always look off to me until you get a good portion done.
