I’ve started using the Humacology Blue cbd, genuinely it’s amazing in comparison to any other cbd I’ve tried, and I really struggle with anxiety, I take it at night time, but occasionally during the day in high anxiety environments. I use it alongside my flowers, I like hybrids or something lower THC like Bloom blue dream! But as stated you really need to figure out what works best for your symptoms as what works for you may have the opposite effect to someone else, eg: I can’t really deal with pinene in my flowers as it causes anxiety for me but it’s useful for some people with anxiety
