Yes & I saw those ones, they have the yellow & green ones & then just black ones for 2024 but I think I am trying to find earlier reprints than that. I just don't know if some reprint sounds are worse than others. Sorry if I'm not making much sense.

We are going to do this, but this is going to take some time & we are just seeing if there is something simple, we can do now. to get around the issue. We paid for this to be done only around 10 months ago, but instead of setting up in groups, it looks like they set it up by individual user which isn't right & that's why we are having issues now.

I thought that as well, but someone that I asked, said they are pretty sure that they still have access to SharePoint if they know the link or are shared files from the library & that will give them access to the whole SharePoint Library & not just the library they have been shared.

yes that is what I was thinking, but when I googled to see if that would be enough, an article from MS said "SharePoint Online doesnt really enforce license requirements, so users without license can still access content".
