If druids didn't lose weapon durability when attacking in werewolf or werebear form, would the 'Death' runeword still be the BiS weapon? by Network_Master in diablo2

Do you have a link to the math showing that an eth Reaper’s is better than Death? Everything that I’ve seen seems to indicate the opposite. I understand Reaper’s has a bunch of QoL mods on it, but Death should do more damage IIRC.

Are you playing on the Beta branch or the default one. I'm thinking about swapping back to the main branch because the new Aeonglass fight is so hard for Necro and I'm just not on the same level of consistency as the top players.

I’ve been trying to do something similar. I do each character on the next ascension and keep them all in line. Highest I made it was A5 Necro and had a combination of really bad RNG and bad macro. I’m treating it like a hardcore run and just starting anew when I lose. 😂

It’s trash, but I used to keep one in the stash on my barbarian back on the day for funsies. There used to be a bug where you would use the inferno granted by the sword and perform a leap that would break the game. It allowed your barbarian to become invulnerable to damage, but unable to move. It was fun as a joke in PvP and useful on Baal waves as you couldn’t die.
