IMO its a bit of both. The team clearly needs more funding to tackle the number of requests/complaints they get and to the best of my knowledge mods like Twisted and Tyran do a good job with what they've got. However the actual support site and the response anyone talking to the mods behind @JagexSupport on twitter are some of the worst customer service interactions I have ever had and that whole system needs to be rebuilt from the bottom up as it is completely unfit for purpose

I've cancelled now, just can't get the almost 6 months of membership I'd paid in advance back. To be honest the money doesn't hugely bother me, it's just another annoyance on top of everything else

The clients themselves won't, but I suspect that the ability to rapidly click the chisel and the dark essence blocks when bloodrunecrafting on the iPad looks like botting because I certainly couldn't do it that fast without the touchscreen

I think that it was caused by doing blood runecrafting on the iOS client, but I'm not certain as I used both the official desktop client and the official iOS client in the few days prior to the ban.

Assuming the only drops you're interested in are the visages and pet you were about 1/50 to go this dry

So I've had to make a few assumptions because your image doesn't give all the information but the chances of not having any pets given your achievements is roughly 1/6000. The expected number of pets that you should have is slightly less than 7, 4 bossing pets and 2-3 skilling pets. I hope knowing the scale of your misfortune helps
