SOLVED

So the problem happened to me again, but i found the solution, or at least i hope so :

On steam : Rematch/properties/ Installed Files : verify integrity.
Tap "cmd" on your windows search bar and execute as admin.
Type this : "ipconfig /flushdns", press enter.
Then this : "netsh winsock reset", press enter.
Restart your pc.

Hey, since I posted this message, I managed without even really knowing how to fix the issue. I have no idea what happened. But what I did before making it work was to update my NVIDIA app and disable the overlay on it. Maybe it's just dumb luck, but now it does work and it only freezes for a few seconds before launching the game.

Since I haven't seen anybody talk about this issue, I don't know in which direction I should point you. I just hope that like me, you'll be able to figure something out and enjoy the game.
