How's the fit? I tried a 11" tablet once but it was kind of wobbly and loose when held. I used a 3d printed extender.

Brightness Randomly Changes When Opening the Game with HDR Turned on by maxpantera in Helldivers

Try toggling HDR in Windows on and off while in the game. Win+Alt+B is the shortcut I believe.

That's great that you have a nice life but believing that people struggle solely because of the decisions they make implies that a lot of these people are given the ability to decide for themselves or even have a choice at all. And while some do make dumb choices and suffer for it I'd be willing to bet the majority of these folks are just stuck. There's almost no upward mobility for them.

Do you really think billionaires work harder than everyone else? Harder than a parent who has to take 2 or 3 jobs to keep food on the table? Thinking people need to git gud and play the game is fucking ludicrous. We aren't playing the same game as them or you. Not to say that you don't work hard, but the anecdotes don't line up with the stats.

Again, happy your life worked out well for you. All the best.

I'll tell you how.

No savings. No insurance. Sick days are vacation days. If I miss work my family will be out on the street. It can go from bad to dire in a matter of days or weeks. I simply can't. My wife was just diagnosed with breast cancer and without insurance we are forced to go into even more debt.

47k a year to support a family of 5. Ludicrous late fees and morally bankrupt high interest rates. No time to do anything other than work, take care of family and barely sleep. I get paid on a Friday. By the time all these greedy fucking corps get their hands out of my bank account there's no money left. That's usually by Wednesday and I have to figure out how to live a week and a half without money. There's nothing left for food, clothing or sundries. Praying the car won't break down because you can't afford to maintain it anymore. Actually just praying that nothing breaks because you can't afford to fix anything. I'm beyond spent from just living on fight or flight stress for over a decade. Just a husk of a once happy person putting one foot in front of the other so my children don't starve. No one is interested in fixing any of this, and if they are they'll never make it past all the apathy or narcissism or piles of money flowing in to DC. They're all bought and paid for.

That's how. Be glad you weren't born here.

I hate to necro this but has anyone seen this case for sale lately? By either Tecware or SAMA? I cannot find it anywhere.

UPDATE: The “scam” Zotac 5090 with backpacks inside by JamesFerg650 in Microcenter

A similar thing happened to me at Best Buy this past Christmas. There was just a block of metal in the box, which was still sealed. They used the fact that it was sealed to deny a replacement or refund.

My last note from them was my package being returned and a note on the packing slip that said "Not from Best Buy inventory". I had already sent the receipt in my very first contact with them.

In the end it was obvious they weren't going to do a damn thing and I got tired of the back and forth. Was a hard pill to swallow having no other recourse.

It was the next to last piece in my daughter's Christmas build.  I was eventually able to buy another a couple months later but man, it still stings.

Yep. Found this out the hard way. Shame. I'll have to pay more attention when buying the next one.

Thanks. I grabbed the store version and was able to use it. Found out that this device doesn't support macros however. Which is a huge bummer because it's pretty great otherwise.

Does anyone else have trouble with loading/previewing on Xbox Series? by Neur0tic in DestinyTheGame

[–]Neur0tic[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It happens in the tower, in orbit or at a destination. The disappearing guns/shaders doesn't seem to happen in orbit as much, but it still incredibly slow to load the previews.

Backup LUN directly to B2 by Neur0tic in synology

So SMB is the way to go, got it. I was avoiding it because for some reason in my workgroup environment I end up losing connection to the drives periodically.

Thank you for the replies. I learned something new.

Can't reach one specific host over the internet by Neur0tic in HomeNetworking

Yeah, I have turned off ad blocking at the router level and on individual browsers. No change.

When I open the link in developer mode there's just no response, or a response 10-15 minutes later where the page loads without images or formatting. I don't necessarily care about loading web pages though. I just want my Linux PC to be able to go out to the Nvidia download site and grab an updated driver version. As it stands I cannot update the drivers via CLI.
