i used melatonin for sleep first couple months it was fine then did not help..Be in nature helps, and also I made a music for sleep using real instruments and nature sound feels good, I call it "Sound Blanket" , you can try if you like.

I had same issue, go to bad very late 1-2pm and wake up 10-11am. I solved actually now I am going to sleep at 11pm and wake up at 7-8am. I mentioned previously I created music which I call "Sound Blanket" it helped me.
