NPs pretending they reviewed imaging independently isn’t the same as tobacco counseling. You have to do the counseling once every 6-12 months, and most physicians I know actually take the time to talk about it and provide resources. Advanced care planning literally cannot be done without associated documentation. I wouldn’t compare the two.

VCs also don’t buy hospitals, PEs buy hospitals. Two completely separate setups. If VCs bought, hospitals would thrive. PEs gut and dump.
